Horsham Squash Club News March 2024
• We have currently got the Club Annual O'35's tournament taking place this week with a Finals Night on Friday from 7pm. Can anyone stop Dan West?! Why not come along and watch the finals?
• We are coming towards the end of the team match season with two matches left for each of the teams. The 1st team are mid table, the 2nds are in a relegation battle and the Development Team is 2nd. There are just two home matches remaining:
Friday 15th March 2nds v Lewes 1
Friday 22nd March Development team v West Worthing Development
• Junior numbers are building up nicely with Brendan's and Ben's Sunday coaching sessions and we put out a team a couple of weeks ago for the first time since lockdown. We are also hosting a further Sussex Junior League event on 17th March.
• We will be announcing some events shortly for the end of the main squash season with club teams social and the main club tournaments.
• Please remember to switch on and off when you are first on court or last to finish as well as being mindful of the correct footwear. Don't be afraid to advise others to stop playing if their shoes are marking the floor! Court 3 is the latest court to have floor damage.
