Here is the latest from your squash committee.

We hope that many of you have enjoyed the team squash with home matches mainly on Friday nights. The teams certainly appreciate home support and we believe that you have been well entertained. The remaining home matches for the remainder of 2024 are as follows:
Friday 22nd November 1st Team v Middleton
Friday 29th November 2nd Team v University Squash
Friday 6th December 2nd Team v Crawley
Friday 13th December 1st Team v Dunnings Acorns

The teams are having mixed results and have plenty to play for with their current standings:
1st Team, 4th in the Championship
2nd Team, 7th in Division One East
3rd Team, 8th in Division Three East
Development Team, 4th in the Development League West
- We have got the Christmas Fun Doubles coming up on 3-7pm 28th December and this is now open for entries through MyCourts. £5 to enter and without a partner as you will have one drawn!

We are also looking into a squash exhibition featuring top world ranked players and will be conducting a survey to find out demand which we would ask you to take part in through the following link:

- We are also looking for a sponsor for the event, which we will offer branding in all promotions leading up to the event, on the day and also through the planned press coverage that we will be looking to receive for such an event. Please contact Simon Hughes if you would like to know more about the sponsorship opportunity 07710 771104.
- It has come to our attention that the courts are on occasions being used without actually booking the courts. We need to request that every time you play you book the court not least because the court could be booked by someone else and they will be the ones entitled to play!
- Finally, we are aware that there appears to be problems with the floors on court1 & 3 and will be getting this assessed.
