Christmas Doubles Tournament - Friday 29th Dec from 3pm to 6pm.
THERE ARE FOUR MORE SPACES AVAILABLE - if you're thinking of playing in this tournament, please enter now.
Date for your diary! Please go on to MyCourts from Wednesday 6th December to join at the very reasonable rate of £5 per person. This cost will go towards balls and prizes - so don't expect too much!
You do not need a partner - I have selected the singles tournament type on MYCourts so that you can join the tournament individually. On the day we will pool one group of stronger players and another group of improvers and match you with somebody to make the partnerships fair. You therefore do not need a doubles partner - just join! Limited entrance to 16 players so please hurry. This event will most likely start at 3pm and end at about 6pm. Format and rules will be given on the day and will depend on numbers etc. The main thing is to have fun! Open to everyone, entry closes on 28th December. In the evening afterwards there will be the option for drinks at the bar and some people may group together and go for a curry - so if your evening is free do join in on the day (no reservation needed for this - just express your interest when you get the chance).
